

Unknown to both of them, Arawn has dived into Rhiannon's subconscious and releases her from Drwc's spell. By the time Arthur arrives in the tomb's inner sanctum after fighting off the Imperial soldiers guarding the tomb, Drwc and his mages have finally revived Arawn who takes the form of an albino man and approaches Riannon.Īrthur tries to attack Drwc but can't since he has his sister under his control. When he learns on what happen to his sister from the children, Arthur leads a small task force to rescue his sister at the Demon King's Tomb. Meanwhile, the Gael villagers return from their hunting trip lead by the tribe's First Warrior, Arthur, Rhiannon's older brother. She is put under his mind control spell after she reveals her true name to him. He plans to have them killed unless she cooperates.

Rhiannon refuse to let that happen and tries to kill herself but is forced to surrender when Drwc's men captured two Gael children. Despite her explanation that all of the villagers went hunting, Drwc threatens to have her tortured until he realizes that she is a descendant of the Elf King Pwyll as he plans to use her as a living sacrifice to revive the Demon King Arawn so he may use his powers to rule the world. Late at night at the Gael village on Erin Island, an army of imperial soldiers under the command of the Priest Drwc invade the village only to find it empty except for the Gael Priestess Rhiannon. The opening theme is "Free and Dream" by Suara while the first ending theme is "Blue sky, True sky" by Aira Yuuki and the second ending "Weeping alone". Together with Arthur, Riannon's older brother and The tribe's First Warrior and Ogam, a wizard and an old friend of Arawn and the siblings, Arwan leads the tribe along with a group of warriors who follows them against the Empire who plans to destroy all those who oppose them. Grateful for saving her, she makes him her husband and Chief of her people, the Gael Tribe. However, Arawn refuses the sacrifice and kills Drwc instead. The demon lord Arawn, has been resurrected since his death a millennium ago by Drwc, a priest from the Divine Empire, who plans to rule the world using Arwan's powers by offering a girl named Riannon, a descendant of the Elf King Pwyll as a sacrifice. The story is set in a world based on British, Celtic & Roman mythology during the Dark Ages. Now Animax Asia is also airing the anime with English Language dubs, started on July 22, 2010. Tears to Tiara is broadcast in Animax-Asia with English subtitles in Singapore and other local languages subtitles in each market area of Asia.
